1. Overview
At Workfile, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our subscription plans and services.
2. Subscription Plans
2.1 Free Plan
The Free plan has no charges and therefore no refunds apply. You can use the Free plan indefinitely with the included features.
2.2 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- No prorated refunds are provided for unused days in the current period
2.3 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee:
- Within 30 days: Full refund available, no questions asked
- After 30 days: No refunds for the remaining subscription period
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual billing period
3. Transaction Fees
Transaction fees charged on sales processed through your store are non-refundable. These fees are earned when the transaction is processed and cannot be reversed, except in cases of fraudulent transactions reported within 7 days.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an annual subscription within the 30-day guarantee period:
- Log in to your Workfile dashboard
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Request Refund" or contact our support team
- Provide your account email and reason for refund (optional)

5. Refund Processing
- Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in the following cases:
- Account terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
- Multiple refund requests from the same user
- Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period for annual plans
7. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade from a paid plan to a lower tier or Free plan:
- The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No prorated refunds are provided
- Features exclusive to higher plans will become unavailable
- Your data remains intact, but some features may be limited
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us for a refund, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately. Please contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues.
